Marina Bay Parco + Sands IR

With Grandpa and Grandma away on vacation, we decide to check out Parco Marina Bay for new lunch places when we stumble upon this ramen place called Nantsuttei - and its considered packed when you compare it with the other nearby food eatery. So we go for it and whilst the Tonkotsu soup ramen is indeed creamy, it will not be on our high craving list within the next 1 month. Slurp... so full after 1 bowl and you guess it, it's time for shopping!

Since Marina Bay Sands IR is just nearby, Daddy suggested we could check out the "park" as well as the double helix curved bridge that was featured in the papers some time back. The park is a disappointment whilst the walk on the bridge takes us approx 10 min? (with some stopover here and there to take pics and admire the surrounding - though somewhat marred by the sight of construction here n there)

I suppose things will be better once the linkway connection to the Marina Bay Sands is completed... and we finally gotta seek some aircon refuge @ the IR. Shopping continues, and not before we take another break @ Coffee Bean - tucking into our favourite New York Cheesecake... not without Zee Yann mimicking us "You cannot eat so much!" And judging from the speed she eat - we can go for dessert buffet in due time :)
