Growing up...

Reality finally set in as Zee Yann realised the precious time has to be split with dearest baby brother. More screaming can be heard to seek our attention, or in retrospect, it could be our own yelling at her that she is simply mimicking... She also started to pull Mommy to do something/play with her which she has seldom or rarely done it before, cos Mommy always goes to her instead of her pulling me. More time-outs have been meted out and she seem to be in deep thoughts at time... at one point, Mommy suddenly feel that little Zee Yann has indeed grown up, but will always be our little sweetheart in our heart.

At other times, she is still very sweet to her baby brother : )



The other major milestone that Zee Yann has finally reached is that of toilet/potty training. Alas, all was over within a few days as she came home on 28 June without her diaper on from school! All the months of mini toilet training at home finally paid off. And on 30 June she even managed to poo in the potty after Mommy caught her "doing her big business" whilst still in her training pants! Quickly she was ushered to the potty and BINGO! That's IT - the next challenge will be to ensure naptime stays dry too while Mommy thinks that nighttime diaper free days are still quite some time away... when the time comes, it will come.
