MAAD @ Red Dot Museum

7 Mar 2009 (Sat)

Daddy has always wanted to visit the Red Dot Museum and since admission is free during MAAD, why not? For mummy, the main attraction is the bazaar and true enough, there are some interesting jewellery and items up for sale by our local designers!

Some of the design are rather innovative while some you may think its common, yet no one really gives it much thought! Mummy's favourite is on the right, an umbrella that folds up to resemble a rose! Pretty yet functional!!

How about this milk bottle that changes colour and faces (green smiley face --> red crying face) when the temperature gets too hot for little one to drink??

Interesting items for purchase! There is even a corner where all you have to do is to sit for 15 min, and you may choose to buy the best sketch that you like @ $8 - no obligation at all even if you decide not to buy. Daddy contemplates placing princess there for 15 min when she is asleep in her stroller.. kekeke

While mummy is busy browsing through those jewellery and stuffs, I can't help noticing that princess is "playing" with an elderly man, taking a pencil and scribbling on a piece of paper. This goes on for at least 5 min.. and I am sure I don't know him. According to daddy, this kind man has even offered to look after her for a short while, so daddy takes a short break resting at the next table while mummy continues to browse and shop..

Before nap and after nap (with snack) pictures..
